R&D /Process Engineer—Eco-Friendly PU Resin Development (PU Business Unite Taoyuan Plant 2) 研發與製程工程師—環保PU樹脂研發 (合皮事業部-桃二廠)

Eco-friendly and innovative: research, design, and develop new eco-friendly PU resin, water-based PU resin, biobased resin, and solvent-free PU resin to continuously push for greener and cleaner innovations, while collaborating with the synthetic leather coated products R&D, resin production team, and sales team to expand and create market demands.

• Research and develop new eco-friendly PU resin, water-based PU resin, biobased PU resin, and solvent-free PU resins, improve existing resins, and scale up + maintain production of your R&D result, continuously innovating the resin towards better functions and greener solutions.

• Search for and experiment with new raw materials and formulations, introducing more eco-friendly, innovative materials.

• Experiment with the synthesis and application of water-based, biobased, and solvent-free PU resins, and help improve large-scale production process.

• Resin production and quality management, learn about relevant quality test work and processes.

• Help execute ISO management system and documentations.

環保與創新主軸：研究、設計、開發環保創新型的環保、水性、生物基biobased、以及無溶劑PU樹脂，將原料、產品不斷朝更環保與無汙染邁進，提供創新，與業務、合皮塗佈的工程師、及生產部門共創市場，創造市場需求。

• 研究實驗並開發新型環保PU樹脂、水性PU樹脂、生物基biobased PU樹脂、與無溶劑PU樹脂，以及實驗改善既有環保樹脂，然後協助放大量產，將樹脂朝向功能及環保不斷創新。

• 搜尋並實驗新原料及配方，導入更環保、創新的原料。

• 實驗水性、生物基biobased、以及無溶劑PU樹脂的合成與加工驗證，然後進行量產的改善。

• 樹脂生產的管理與品保，學習生產品檢相關作業。

• 執行相關ISO管理系統作業與文書。

• Chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science related, materials engineering related.

• Fluency in Chinese. Fluency in English is a plus, for industry article and raw material research.

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
