Job Description

Production of stem cells and immune cells in the GTP laboratory.
Execution of tasks related to GTP quality systems.
Drafting and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Literature review and documentation.
R&D tasks including process development and optimization, writing of research proposals, special regulation (Regenerative Medicine Act) documentation, and clinical trial protocols.
Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Weekend shift rotation required.
General laboratory administration, including but not limited to equipment maintenance and procurement of materials.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, with strong interest and passion for the biotechnology and cell therapy industry.
Cell culture experience is preferred.
Willing to accommodate occasional production schedule changes and adjust working hours as needed.
A positive work attitude, high level of cooperation, and a team-oriented personality with good communication skills are essential.
