Quality Control-PU Business Unit 品管(檢)人員 (合皮事業部)

Ensuring performance quality among eco-friendly innovations: the department mainly develop and produce eco-friendly PU coated products like water-based, biobased, or solvent-free PU coated products and synthetic leather. Quality control personnel can help us continue forward with greener innovations while keeping our performance quality promises to our customers.

• Perform various incoming quality control tests for raw materials and outgoing quality control tests on our finished products. Record the data to share with sales and R&D teams for further analysis.

• Perform quality control tests for materials from the production line.

• Learn and adopt new customer testing methods and standards.

• Work with SGS, Intertek, BV, etc. to test our materials for a variety of physical property and chemical property tests, organizing the test reports.

• Manage the testing lab equipment, making sure they’re clean, maintained, and calibrated periodically (for some equipment we contract with outside calibrating services).

• Support the execution of ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems and documentations.

• Execute management’s tasks assignment.

• 進行原物料以及部門產品的品質檢驗，將結果紀錄並與R&D及業務分享。

• 進行生產線產品的抽測。

• 學習導入客戶所需的測試方法與規範。

• 與SGS、Intertek、BV等檢測驗證機構討論測試方法，申請寄送樣品進行物理性與化學性測試，並將測試結果與報告彙整留檔。

• 管理測試儀器及確認每年進行校正。

• 協助執行ISO管理系統相關文件及流程。

• 執行主管交辦事項。

• Fluency in Chinese.
