Job Description
Responsibilities in Supporting PR Projects:
To compile and organize billing and payment documents.
To assist team members with document and data management.
To manage administrative tasks, media monitoring, meeting minutes, and research/data organization.
To perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills, able to work well under pressure, detail-oriented, quick to respond, adaptive person, and responsible.
Able to quickly grasp key points of tasks assigned by supervisors.
Eager to learn and committed to self-improvement.
