R&D Engineer—Eco-Friendly PU Coated Products (PU Business Unit Taoyuan Plant 3) 技術開發工程師-環保創新PU塗佈產品 (合皮事業部-桃三廠)

Eco-friendly and innovative: research, design and develop new coated products from water-based PU, biobased PU, and solvent-free PU to continuously push for greener, cleaner innovations, while collaborating with resin engineers, sales, and production teams to expand and create market demands.

• Develop new water-based, biobased, and solvent-free PU products; improve and adjust existing product formulation and design.

• Find and test new raw materials and formulations, brainstorming, learning and applying new raw materials and production techniques.

• Conduct lab experiment and scale up the result from small-scale sampling to bulk production.

• Support and help with production stability and continuous improvement.

• Help execute ISO 9001 & 14001 quality and environmental management systems.

• Execute management’s tasks assignment.

環保與創新主軸：研究、設計、開發環保創新型的水性、生物基biobased、以及無溶劑PU塗佈產品，將原料、製程、產品不斷朝更環保與無汙染邁進，並提供部門創新，與樹脂工程師、業務、及生產部門共創市場，創造市場需求。

• 研發新水性、生物基、及無溶劑PU產品；改善調整客戶既有的產品配方與設計。

• 搜尋並實驗、試用新原料及新配方，透過發想去開發並學習應用新的原料與製程。

• 進行實驗，並將成果放大到小型量產與正式量產。

• 支援並幫助生產穩定化，進行改善。

• 執行ISO管理系統的作業與文書。

• 執行主管交辦事宜。

• Fluency in Chinese. Conversational fluency in English is a plus for research and customer communications.

• Knowledge in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, AND / OR textile, polymer science, lab-based sciences, or related majors and industries.

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
