Transportation Business Administrative

1.Responsible for vehicle dispatch and itinerary coordination for domestic and inbound travel transportation services.
2.Coordinate with drivers and on-site operations, handle last-minute changes, and ensure punctual service.
3.Manage vehicle conditions, cleanliness, and basic maintenance arrangements to maintain service quality and safety.
4.Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to support transportation fulfillment for group tours and projects.

1.Experience in vehicle dispatching, tourism operations, or transportation services is a plus.
2.Familiar with local road conditions and tourism routes, with the ability to respond to unexpected situations.
3.Responsible and reliable, with strong attention to driving safety and service discipline.
4.Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with drivers, tour guides, travelers, and internal departments simultaneously.
5.Willingness to work shifts, including early or late hours, or respond to urgent assignments is an advantage.
