Product Planning

1.Responsible for ticket quotation, ticket issuance, ticket changes, and order-related back-office operations.
2.Support the execution of travel products and accounting processes to ensure smooth operations.
3.Operate or learn to use the GDS system to assist frontline sales and operations teams.
4.Act as a local operations back-office support role to ensure service quality and efficiency.

1.Detail-oriented and patient, capable of handling ticketing, order processing, and accounting-related tasks.
2.Possesses a good understanding of operational processes and able to follow systems and standard operating procedures.
3.Familiar with or willing to learn GDS systems (such as Sabre or Amadeus).
4.A strong team player, able to support frontline sales and collaborate across departments.
5.Experience in tourism, ticketing, or related back-office support is a plus.
6.Experience working in Thailand or within the local tourism industry is an advantage.
