🛒【ELVIS|Brand E-Commerce Marketing & Operations Specialist】
Content + Traffic + Conversion = Building a Brand with Heart
Have you ever thought that your marketing work is not just about “selling products,” but about helping someone sleep better at night, feel healthier, and live more balanced?
At ELVIS, we started from traditional bedding and are now evolving into a brand that integrates smart IoT, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle aesthetics. We are looking for someone who can manage both content and operations to join us in creating Taiwan’s most influential healthy lifestyle brand e-commerce!
✨【Core Responsibilities】
🔸 1. Brand Marketing & Content Management (30%)
Manage social platforms (FB / IG / LINE / YouTube / Threads)
Plan annual & campaign marketing activities, write copy and scripts
Execute KOL collaborations, word-of-mouth campaigns, and SEO content production
Propose landing pages / campaign page designs and integrated marketing copy
Be the brand’s “image guardian,” ensuring consistent content & visual quality
🔸 2. E-Commerce Platform Operations (40%)
Independently manage e-commerce platforms (Momo, PChome, Yahoo, Shopee, official site, etc.)
Handle product listings, pricing, margin control, EDM & banner updates
Plan promotions, apply for campaigns, and analyze performance
Collaborate with design, warehouse, and customer service to keep content and inventory synced
Oversee order flow (shipping, returns, complaints) and customer communication
🔸 3. Data Analysis & Optimization (20%)
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, etc.
Monitor traffic & conversion data, suggest improvements and optimization strategies
Write monthly/quarterly reports and assist management in strategy planning
🔸 4. Product & Inventory Management (10%)
Adjust product visibility & categories based on sales trends
Review inventory regularly to prevent shortages or overstock, and propose adjustments
Job Requirement
🧠【What We’re Looking For】
2+ years of experience in brand marketing or e-commerce operations (health, beauty, home, or lifestyle is a plus)
Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Momo, PChome, official site, etc.)
Strong copywriting & campaign planning skills; good at presentations & proposals
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing & sales data
Familiar with GA, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital marketing tools
Excellent cross-team communication (design, CS, warehouse)
Passionate about branding, accountable for results, and with a strong sense of aesthetics
✅【Bonus Skills】
Proven track record with e-commerce projects or results (please attach if available)
CRM and remarketing strategy experience
Experience with livestreaming or video script production for e-commerce
Multi-tasking and proactive learning attitude = super bonus!
