🌟【ELVIS|Sales Assistant|Your Key Role on the Brand Frontline】

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive to join us in promoting a new era of healthy sleep!

ELVIS started from the traditional bedding industry, and today we are expanding into three major fields: Smart Sleep Solutions, Far-Infrared Wellness Devices, and Reishi Exosome Supplements— creating a new brand that combines health aesthetics with preventive medicine.

Now, we need a Sales Assistant—a vital team player who will help more customers and distributors discover our products and philosophy.

📌【What You’ll Do】

  • You will work closely with sales representatives and managers, supporting business development and daily operations, including:

  • Learn about the sleep health industry, track competitors, analyze strengths/weaknesses, and prepare proposals or reports

  • Conduct outbound calls, develop customer lists, and research potential channels and leads

  • Assist in scheduling and participating in customer visits, events, and relationship management

  • Support quotation discussions, confirm distributor pricing, track orders, and monitor delivery progress

  • Assist with logistics, returns/exchanges, after-sales support, and customer feedback follow-up

  • Maintain customer and distributor information by building a complete CRM database and progress records

  • Handle administrative tasks such as presentation preparation, contract consolidation, meeting notes, and travel arrangements

  • Assist managers with ad-hoc tasks and support project execution

Job Requirement

✅【We’re Looking For】

  • Careful, responsible, and well-organized, able to handle tasks independently

  • Curious and eager to learn about branding, sales, and business strategy

  • Proficient in Office / Google Workspace tools, able to prepare reports & presentations

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Experience as a sales or marketing assistant is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome if proactive and motivated!)

Taipei City, Zhongshan District, Linsen North Rd. 500, 5F (1-minute walk from MRT Zhongshan Elementary School Station)
