Job Description
Regional Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day business operations in Southeast Asia to ensure smooth execution of company strategy.
Set up and optimize operational processes, including clinic onboarding, training, billing, and support.
Monitor KPIs and operational performance across multiple markets.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as the bridge between HQ and local teams (sales, marketing, product, and support).
Coordinate software localization efforts and regulatory compliance for each market.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure feature readiness for regional needs.
Process & Quality Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the region.
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, manage, and mentor local operational teams in each country.
Develop training materials and conduct regular team training sessions.
Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Manage regional operating budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
Provide regular operational and financial reports to HQ management.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with data protection, medical regulations, and local labor laws.
Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5–8+ years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or dental industry.
Proven experience managing multi-country operations or regional teams.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of a Southeast Asian language is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with PMS (Practice Management Systems), healthtech, or SaaS product operations.
Experience in scaling operations for fast-growing startups.
Data-driven decision-making mindset and proficiency with analytics tools.
