Job Description
Market Development:
Identify and evaluate market opportunities in Southeast Asia for dental software and AI solutions.
Conduct market research on dental clinics, DSOs, universities, and distributors.
Build a regional pipeline of potential partners and customers.
Sales & Partnerships:
Pitch software solutions (PMS, procurement platform, AI features) to dental clinics, DSOs, and resellers.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
Develop and manage distributor/partner relationships in each country.
Customer Success & Support:
Work with internal product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clinics.
Gather feedback from users and partners to improve product localization and user experience.
Regional Representation:
Represent the company at dental conferences, exhibitions, and networking events across the region.
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, dental associations, and industry influencers.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for management.
Coordinate closely with HQ teams (marketing, product, support) to align strategy and execution.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical software, or dental industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Fluency in English; knowledge of a Southeast Asian language is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of dental workflows, PMS systems, or healthcare IT is an advantage.
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and take initiative.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
