Job Description
To prepare and manage administrative documents to ensure smooth daily operations.
To monitor and analyze media coverage, providing timely reports and insights.
To record, summarize, and distribute meeting minutes to support effective communication and follow-up.
To conduct research, collect information, and organize data to assist project planning and decision-making.
Job Requirement
Proficient in computer-based document processing and formatting, with strong reading skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, positive attitude, reliable attendance, and careful in execution.
Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Enthusiastic about public relations; proficiency in English is a plus (TOEIC score 700+ preferred).
