Job Description

Conduct early-stage validation and development of infectious disease diagnostic devices.
Design and execute experiments related to microbiology and clinical specimen handling.
Lead and implement product R&D projects.
Assist in laboratory management, application and execution of product development projects, and progress tracking.
Prepare experimental reports, quality documentation, and technical documents.

Job Requirement

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in projects related to infectious disease diagnostics or bacterial antimicrobial resistance research.
Hands-on experience in IVD medical device or diagnostic reagent development, from design to regulatory approval and product launch.
Familiarity with preparing technical documentation for quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971 risk assessment).
Strong understanding of startup company culture.
