Job Description

Assist with compensation and performance management, including payroll and bonus execution.
Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and irregularities.
Help revise HR policies to ensure compliance with laws and company regulations.
Handle labour insurance, health insurance, and pension-related matters.
Support administrative and documentation tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
