Job Description
• Develop marketing strategies to drive deposit growth and increase fee-based income from mutual funds, life insurance, and other financial products in alignment with the bank’s goals.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers while expanding new customer segments.
• Analyze customer profiles and financial needs to provide the most suitable investment solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth.
• Establish and strengthen business networks both inside and outside the organization, particularly for individual financial products.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to speak Mandarin
• At least 2 years of experience in banking or financial product sales, such as life insurance.
• Possession of relevant professional licenses, such as: Investment Consultant License (is the MUST), Life Insurance Broker License and Non-life Insurance Broker License
• Service-minded, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
