Job Description
Support system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure stable service performance.
Monitor system status and handle incidents, issues, and user requests in a timely manner.
Assist in system deployment, testing, and implementation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, or operations) to resolve technical issues.
Perform basic data analysis, log review, and documentation of system activities.
Continuously improve system efficiency, reliability, and operational processes.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, computer science, or related technical fields.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Basic knowledge of networking systems or IT infrastructure is preferred.
Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.
Basic programming skills (e.g., Python or shell scripting) are advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
